The use of TourSolver Cloud takes place in 4 steps:
- My Activity
Define the country in which you are working and the terminology you want to use in order to configure the tool in the specific language of your line of business: this should include the types of vehicles used and the preferences of the application in order to transform the TourSolver Cloud into the your own business solution customized to your needs and strategies.
- My Resources
Create your team in just a few clicks, including the features of the resources such as their location, time windows and main restrictions to be applied.
- My visits
Import or drag and drop your customer file to be visited. You can do this from an existing model. These customers will have their locations stored as geographic data and will be ready to be optimized. Dozens of restrictions are accepted, including Time Windows.
- Optimization and results
The optimization engine will calculate the best solution and present the results that can be exported to various formats
Mobile App
TourSolver Cloud has an app available on Google Play.
It is an app that allows those who walk on the ground to have access to the planning of their activity, to information about each client, to declare the status of the visit (done or not done – in addition to the default status which is “to do”) and to the best route to reach the next customer (external apps like google maps, waze, Here…).
Additionally, in the Browser Version, the supervisor is allowed to access the status of declared visits (to be done, done or not done).
